RULES

Alright homies, welcome to UnderGroundGUI! On this forum you can show, share, make, mod, port, etc. anything you want. Let's go over the rules, shall we?

• YOU MUST contribute. If i find a leech i'll permaban you. You can say NFR/WIP on anything you want, but you must contribute. There is a quota of 2 items released a month, EVERY MONTH. It can be anything, from wallpapers to themes to programs. As we develop more traffic and members, the quota will eventually diminish and disappear. Until then just bear with us. Not downloading anything doesn't make you exempt from contributing.
  
  Also, you must release something within 5 posts of joining or it's deemed you're a leech and you'll be banned. Your first post must be a release. Posting random PNG's in the PNG thread is not classified as a release. Only packs with 10 or more icons included deserve their own thread. Anything else will result in deletion of that thread.
  

• For the new members, lingering around the forum not contributing anything will be classed as leeching and will result in a ban.
  
• Administrators and Moderators notice you and see what you're doing and looking at. If you're a new member, and the administrator notices you're lingering inside the forums, it will be assumed you're leeching and will result in a ban.
  

• NO OUTSIDE SHARING. Do not share the stuff you found/released here outside of the forum. Well, then again, you can share what YOU made, but not what you found.
  

• NO SENDSPACE. We don't want to see this "re-up this" and "re-upload that" crap. If you are uploading sendspace, you are risking a ban. You as the author must be responsible to keep your items available at all times unless otherwise stated. I suggest you all get a Box.net account .
  

• If registration is closed, you can request an invitation via mailing a note to DEFSteez or Reaze.
